Constellation Planning Meeting, January 2025

Rev. Catharine and Vestry Representative Sue Kaspar attended another planning meeting with our partners from St James’, Wayside, La Plata, and EDOW. We hope to have a job description finalized and ready to post by mid- or late-February. While the basic outline and responsibilities of the position remain as described earlier, we decided not to focus so closely on small-group ministry, but to allow the new priest to help us discern how best to spread the gospel, raise awareness of our congregations, and create ‘critical mass’ for ministries that would benefit existing parishioners and newcomers alike.
