The parish vestry is an elected group of six lay members plus the Rector who together take responsibility for the business of the parish–seeking to discern God’s desires for the parish and how the parish can best cooperate with those desires.
The business of the vestry is thus the business of the whole parish. Notes from recent meetings can be found on this page.

The Annual Meeting of Durham Parish was held on Sunday, November 16. 28 voting members were in attendance. June Leyland and Rick Posey were re-elected to three-year terms on the Vestry. Revised parish bylaws and the parish’s Articles of Incorporation were approved. The annual report for 2025 and the budget for 2026 were presented.
