Constellation Planning Process, October 2025

The Rev. Anna Olson, the new Canon for Faith, Leadership, and Collaboration, has introduced the group to a framework for Shared Ministry Discernment that has been used in other dioceses. Clergy and vestry members from Christ Church La Plata, Christ Church Wayside, St John’s Broad Creek, St James’ Indian Head, and Old Durham will be meeting to discuss the use of this framework to guide our discernment. The framework is outlined in this document.
